If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most electronics in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals. Ensure the device is securely padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
